About the Gym
Our facility in Liskeard offers a wide range of CV equipment from Treadmills, Cross trainers, Upright bikes, stepper, Skierg, Rowers & assault bikes. We will also have battle ropes, kettlebells, prowlers and slam balls! Also on offer is a wide range of strength equipment.
Up to 50kg dumbbells along with plate and pin loaded machines to suit all abilities.
We are a membership only facility which means key holder members will have access 24/7
We also have 3 fantastic Personal trainers who will also be offering 1-1/1-2 sessions upon booking.
